Batman Immersive Experience

By Immersive Gamebox

Step into the Batcave and work together as Gotham’s greatest heroes to take down iconic villains. Use motion tracking and LiDAR-based touch technology to solve puzzles, battle foes, and save Gotham City.

Immersive Gamebox is a digitally-augmented game room designed for friends, families, and colleagues to cooperate, compete, and play. In this adventure, high fidelity 3D graphics, animated storytelling, and a host of interactive games combined for a one-hour immersive adventure.

In my role as Director of Experience Design, I created end-to-end design documents, high-fidelity prototypes, artistic direction, and development support. The design process included active liaison with the creative and brand directors at Warner Brothers, and the Batman design team.

The result was a thematic, immersive adventure that propelled players into the experience of grappling walls, throwing Batarangs, fighting goons, and driving the Batmobile, battling iconic villains along the way.

Ahead of the Game

By Movember

A mental health resilience program for young men combining in-person and digital experiences. This program guides participants through a range of strategies to support their well-being.

In my role as Learning Experience Designer, I designed and developed a digitally augmented group activity, along with a self-directed mobile app to teach, capture, and track resilience measures. This project involved working closely with Movember’s in-house development and creative teams as well as Men’s Psychologists representing subject matter expertise.

An immersive theatre, lights, and music experience commissioned as part of Culture Jam’s 2025 Questival event. This installation utilised live performance, live music, and an array of midi-controlled smart lights to guide participants on a theatrical journey into the heart.
